200 gr. Smoked Scamorza
100 gr. Parma Ham
1 Bunch of Rocket
Place the blinis on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sprinkle with grated scamorza fillets; bake at 200 ° C for 5-6 ‘, until the scamorza does not begin to melt.
Cover the cheese with pieces of rocket, then with pieces of ham; overlap 10 blinis on the other 10. Finally, close them with the remaining 10 blinis and serve immediately.
Combine with soft white wines that can enhance the scamorza qualities like a Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
